Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This policy explains how Lucy Brands, LLC, doing business as SEOS (“we,” “us”), collects and uses personal information through seosandwich.com and when you buy a plan from us. We are based in Texas.
Information we collect
- What you send us through a form: your name, email, phone, business name, website, business type, budget, the services you are interested in, how you heard about us, and your message.
- What you enter at checkout: your name, email, phone, billing ZIP code or address, business name and website. Stripe processes your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: when you submit a form, your IP address, browser type and the page you came from. We use these to block spam and fraud.
- Usage data: anonymous, aggregated statistics about page visits from Cloudflare Web Analytics. This does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare your audit and contact you about the services you asked about.
- To deliver the services you bought, bill you and keep business records.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and the business. They may use it only to provide their services to us:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Supabase (database where form submissions and orders are stored)
- Resend (delivers form notifications to our inbox)
- Stripe (payment processing and subscription billing)
- Cloudflare (bot protection through Turnstile, and anonymous analytics)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people from bots, and Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to three years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep client and billing records for as long as the plan is active and then for up to seven years, for tax and legal purposes.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with providers that use industry-standard safeguards. Access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach as required by Texas law.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. Send your request through the contact form. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and we will answer the appeal within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the result, you can contact the Texas Attorney General. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell clients by email.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the contact form.
